Coaching is the art of creating maximum change with the minimum effort

This programme is fully experiential and gives delegates an in-depth experience of the processes of coaching and of being coached. Delegates rigorously explore and use a successful and effective coaching model.

The 2-day programme is for delegates who already have a thorough grounding in excellent communication, relationship, and influencing skills. The 4-day programme is for delegates who wish to master the necessary foundations of excellent communication, relationship, and influencing skills before proceeding to the coaching programme.
